TRAINING
At De-lace International we offer training in garment making, where participants are equipped with the needed skills that meets up with the current trend of Nigerian Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF), which allow participants to be placed on job level with the equivalent of Secondary Certificates, Diploma and Higher National Diploma. We also offer training in the area of printing, embroidery and leather work.

Our Methodology
At Delace International, we believe that excellence lies not only in the quality of the final product, but also in the process that delivers it. Our methodology is a client-focused, process-driven approach built to ensure clarity, accountability, efficiency, and satisfaction at every phase of engagement.
Discovery & Needs Assessment
We begin each project by deeply understanding the client’s unique requirements, organizational culture, and technical specifications. This is done through stakeholder interviews, product briefings, visual sampling, and competitive benchmarking. We explore fabric types, branding goals, sizing needs, color codes, and delivery schedules.
Design & Concept Development
Our in-house design team develops custom concepts and sample visuals. This includes fabric mockups, embroidery tests, layout drafts, and branding previews. Clients are invited to provide feedback, ensuring complete alignment with their vision before production begins
Sampling & Prototype Presentation
For every uniform or branded item, a physical or digital sample is produced and shared for testing. This includes wearability tests, logo positioning, durability assessment, and wash/wear simulation (where required). Client approval is secured at this stage..
Production Execution
Once samples are approved, we move into full-scale production. Our team of expert tailors, machine operators, quality inspectors, and project supervisors work in harmony to deliver the agreed quantity to the highest standard. Every stage—cutting, stitching, embroidery, printing, finishing—is monitored under strict internal compliance protocols.
Quality Assurance (QA)
Every batch is subjected to a comprehensive QA check covering stitching consistency, labeling, branding visibility, correct sizing, and packaging accuracy. Defective units are rejected or reworked before leaving the facility.
Packaging & Logistics
We deliver products in a professional, secure, and well-labeled package. Whether the job is for 100 units or 10,000, our logistics team ensures timely delivery—via direct dispatch, third-party shipping, or pickup, depending on client preference.
Process Optimization
